Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before booking a service with Bazzle Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Services.

1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all carpet and upholstery cleaning services provided by Bazzle Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Services ("Bazzle", "we", "us"). By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are free and without obligation. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry and may be adjusted if the condition or size of the area differs once we attend in person. Any changes to the price will always be discussed and agreed with you before work begins.

3. Bookings & Appointments

  • Appointments are arranged directly by phone or email at a time convenient for you.
  • We ask that access to the property and relevant rooms is available at the agreed time.
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.

4. During the Service

Our team will take reasonable care when moving light furniture to access carpets and upholstery. We ask that valuable, fragile or sentimental items are moved or pointed out to us in advance. Cleaning methods are selected based on the fabric and condition of each item to minimise any risk of damage.

5. Drying Times

Carpets and upholstery may take several hours to fully dry after cleaning, depending on fabric type, humidity and ventilation. We will advise you of an estimated drying time and recommend keeping the area clear during this period.

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

7. Liability

While we take great care with every job, some pre-existing stains, wear or fabric conditions cannot be fully removed or reversed through cleaning. We will always advise you in advance if we believe a particular stain or area may not respond fully to treatment. Bazzle is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear that becomes more visible once dirt or staining has been lifted.

8. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. We simply ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so we can manage our schedule fairly for all customers.
